Introducing our latest development: a catalyst regeneration apparatus based on vortex technology.
Our apparatus creates ideal conditions for controlled heat and mass transfer and more efficient mixing of catalyst particles with air. The highly concentrated rotating bed of catalyst particles created in the apparatus enables high-speed, intensive air flow over the deactivated catalyst particles, thereby maintaining a constant temperature at any point in the catalyst bed and minimizing sintering, resulting in a catalyst with optimal textural characteristics.
This creates a number of advantages:
1. Oxygen is supplied directly to the catalyst surface, necessary for the complete combustion of carbon deposits and the oxidation of surface metal sulfides.
2. The bulk of the heat released during combustion of carbon deposits is removed from the catalyst bed.
3. No coke graphitization occurs, and all deposits are completely burned out at relatively low temperatures due to the combustion of carbon deposits in the presence of excess oxygen.
4. Reduced overall dimensions and weight compared to traditional units.
