A Russian company presents a line of advanced developments based on vortex technology – a universal solution for a multitude of industrial tasks. We research vortex aerodynamics and, based on the knowledge gained, create vortex devices of a new type, which have no analogues in the world.

The main directions of our developments:

1. Energy-efficient processing of materials (optimizing processes and reducing costs)
- low-temperature drying with fractionation of the resulting dry powders (preserving bioactive components);
- drying of milk (preserving its native properties in the resulting dry powder)
- gasification (of almost all available fuels and relatively dry waste);
- high-speed pyrolysis of solid fuel;
- production of dimethyl ether and synthesis gas from biomass

2. Processing and purification
- purification of industrial gases;
- regeneration of catalysts in petrochemical production;
- direct reduction of iron (scale waste);
- production of humic substances from organic raw materials (peat, coal, and wood waste)
- production of effective peat sorbents (for solving environmental problems)
- dehydration of salt solutions;
- aerodynamic drying of sludge and activated sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants (with subsequent gasification to generate electricity and heat)

3. High-temperature processes
- roasting of molybdenum concentrates in a vortex highly concentrated flow;
- innovative burner devices with increased efficiency.
